About our water
Natural spring water — drinking-water quality, sold for non-drinking use
Every load we deliver is natural spring water, not treated runoff or pond water. Our spring was previously permitted by the state to be sold as drinking water — it went through the state's testing and approval to earn that permit.
That drinking-water permit has since lapsed. Until it's renewed, we're only allowed to sell and deliver this water as non-potable (non-drinking) water. The source hasn't changed — it's the same spring that met the state's drinking-water standards when it was approved — but legally we can't sell it for drinking right now.
That makes it an excellent fit for pools, hot tubs, ponds, livestock and garden use, construction and dust control — anywhere you want clean water without paying drinking-water prices.
